3 bananas (the riper the sweeter)
2 tablespoons milk, nonfat

Recipe Directions for Banana Shake

  1. Peel the bananas, cut them in half width-wise, wrap in plastic wrap, and freeze until firm.

  2. Place the frozen bananas in a blender, add the milk, and puree until blended and creamy.

  3. Serve in small paper cups with small plastic spoons.
