2 medium Banana
5 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 serving 2% Reduced Fat Milk

Recipe Directions for Banana shake

Put a chopped up banana in a blender with a handful of ice over top of it, then add 3 cups of 2% milk and 5 tablespoons of vanilla extract, and finally add another chopped banana and handful of ice to the blender and mix it all together.
