Recipe Directions for Banana rice pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place milk, banana, egg white, and egg in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Stir in cooked rice

  4. Pour into a casserole dish and place casserole dish in a roasting pan with 1 inch of water in the bottom.

  5. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour.

  6. Serve hot or chilled.
