You wont believe it's not icecream! Light and delicious, sugar and fat free, natural fruit dessert. Serves 2

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Raspberry Freeze

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving Raspberries, Riviana frozen

Recipe Directions for Banana Raspberry Freeze

Slice banana onto a tray covered with non stick (baking) paper. Place in freezer until solid. Place frozen banana pieces and 100g of raspberries in food processor and blitz until creamy but still solid. You will need to scrape the sides down several time and stir the fruit occassionally. My processor is a Magimix and it takes about 2 mins. When the mix is right it will form a ball, just like a ball of icecream. Dont let the mixture melt. It's not complicated but needs to be watched to get it just right.
