High Omega and fiber flaxseed muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Banana, Raisin, and Flaxseed Muffins 2

1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup raisins
2 tbs. ground flaxseed
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 medium bananas
2 tbs. peanut oil
3 tbs. honey

Recipe Directions for Banana, Raisin, and Flaxseed Muffins 2

Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. In another bowl mix the oil, eggs (2 tbs. of flaxseed oil substitute), applesausec honey, milk, raisins, and banana. Add to dry ingredients. Scoop into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 22 minutes.
