Recipe Ingredients for banana quinoa muffins

1/2 cup dry Quinoa Flakes
1/4 cup Organic Brown Rice Flour
4 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour
2 tbsp Agave Nectar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
2 medium banana
2 large Eggs
1/4 cup pecans

Recipe Directions for banana quinoa muffins

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour and flakes with dry ingredients. In separate bowl mix together bananas, eggs and agave nectar, add to dry ingredients. Pout into greased muffin tins. Fill tins 1/2 full. Bake 20 minutes.
