Recipe Ingredients for Banana Quesadilla

1 Banana
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
1 spray 114523
1 dash Cinnamon
1 dash Nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Banana Quesadilla

  1. Combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Stir together.

  2. Spread the mixture on half of the tortilla.

  3. Slice the banana and place on the peanut butter mixture in a single layer.

  4. Fold the tortilla.

  5. Place a pan over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.

  6. Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until warmed throughout and toasted on each side.
