Thanksgiving Banana Pudding (One serving is 1/8 of a bowl.)

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Pudding

100 g Nilla Wafers
2 medium bananas
49 g Angel Delight banana
300 g skimmed milk

Recipe Directions for Banana Pudding

  1. Line bowl with 70g of Nilla Wafers.

  2. Chop the bananas into pieces and layer them on top of the Nilla Wafers.

  3. Mix a 49g packet of banana-flavoured Angel Delight with 300g skimmed milk and whisk until creamy and thick, as per the instructions

  4. Pour the thickened Angel Delight on top of the wafers and bananas.

  5. Crumble the remaining Nilla wafers and sprinkle the crumbs on top.

  6. Chill before serving.
