Recipe Ingredients for Banana Pudding

3 medium organic bananas, sliced
2 servings nilla wafers
1/4 cup splenda sugar blend
2 tbsp splenda sugar blend
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 cups organic skim milk
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana Pudding

  1. combine splenda, cornstarch in a heavy sauce pan. Gradually add milk and egg beaters with a whisk. Bring to boil over medium heat ; cook one minute or until thick - stirring constantly. remove from heat.

  2. line the bottom of a large ceramic or glass bowl with the vanilla wafers and 1/2 the sliced bananas. pour pudding into the bowl and top with remaining banana slices. cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill until firm (about 2 hours).
