Recipe Ingredients for Banana & Prune Muffins

1 1/2 cups whole grain flour
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 cup chopped prunes
1 cup Mashed Banana
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 small egg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Banana & Prune Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 175 Degree C

  2. Grease Muffin Tray

  3. Mix oil & egg in a bowl. Mash bananas and add to mixture.

  4. In a seperate bowl mix flour, salt, cinnemon, baking powder & baking soda.

  5. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture until dry ingredients are completely wet.

  6. Mix in chopped prunes.

  7. Distribute mixture into muffin tray and bake for 25mins.
