Great quick high protein and lower sugar smoothie.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Protein Smoothie

1/2 banana (sliced, frozen)
3/4 cup soy milk, vanilla
1 tsp peanut butter
1 scoop 100% Whey Protein Powder (84161)
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Banana Protein Smoothie

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender

  2. Puree until smooth

  3. Add 3-4 cubes of ice and puree until smooth

  4. Add a little water or soy milk to thin if needed

  5. Top with a shake of cinnamon and/or nutmeg
