1/4 cup rolled oats, ground up into a powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 scoop whey protein powder
1/4 cup egg white
3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 medium banana, ripened and mashed
