1 serving Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Vanilla
5 cal Vanilla
6 tbsp Egg Substitute
2 oz Bananas
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Banana Protein Pancakes

  1. 2 oz banana

  2. 1 scoop vanilla whey (I use Body Fortress)

  3. 2 egg whites

  4. 2 TB almond (or dairy milk)

  5. 1 TB flax or chia seeds (Optional)

  6. Cinnamon

  7. Mash all ingredients together and cook like a normal pancake.
