Banana French toast, but in oatmeal form. Made 06/12:

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Pie Oatmeal

10 g. sweetened condensed milk
3 oz. banana
2 oz. yogurt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
40 g. rolled oats or steel cut oats
10 g. raisins
10 g. peanuts
3 g. rolled oats, toasted

Recipe Directions for Banana Pie Oatmeal

Cook oats. Stir in 5 g. condensed milk to the yogurt, then stir into the oats while still in the pan but off the heat. Add nuts, raisins, etc. (if using) and banana in the pan as well. Dish it up, top with granola and remaining condensed milk.
