This is just my way to use a brown banana and a brown pear that I found in my refrigerator last night

Recipe Ingredients for Banana & Pear Smoothie

1 banana
1 pear
1 cup non fat milk

Recipe Directions for Banana & Pear Smoothie

  1. Peal the banana a cut it in slices

  2. Peal and clean the pear.

  3. Cut the pear in scuare peaces.

  4. Put everything in the freezer for and hour or over night if you want.

  5. Put the frozen peaces of the fruit in you blender, add the cup of milk and start blending until you get a very nice smoothie (n.n)
