0.3 tbsp Regular Creamy
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Add a half a banana, a tea spoon of peanut butter, two scoops of chocolate protein powder, a quarter of a cup of milk and ice. Blend until at desired consistency. Add splenda if desired.
