Recipe Ingredients for Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

2.5 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 large Egg, Whole
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
5 tbsp Peanut Butter
0.5 cup, whole Almonds

Recipe Directions for Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Grease 8x8 inch pan with cooking spray.

  3. Mix together oats, splenda, baking power, and cinnamon.

  4. Add in milk, syrup, and egg. Mix together until evenly combined.

  5. Add mashed bananas, peanut butter, and almonds. Stir well.

  6. Pour mixture into the pan and bake for 20 minutes. Cut into bars.
