2 slices Bread, Mixed-grain, toasted
1 medium Banana
1 tbls Peanut butter
1 tbls Grape jelly

Recipe Directions for Banana PB&J Day Starter

  1. Toast bread.

  2. Mash the Banana in a bowl, using a fork.

  3. Spread peanut butter, jelly, and banana onto the toasted bread.

  4. Place the two pieces of bread together to form a sandwich.
