Recipe Ingredients for Banana Pancakes or Waffles

2 cups spelt flour
2 cups 2% milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp flax seed
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Banana Pancakes or Waffles

Mix all ingredients together for pancakes. For waffles, mix everything together except for the eggs. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Mix egg yolks with the rest of the batter. Beat egg whites until they stiffen and then fold into batter.
