Easy Banana Pancakes, Serving Size 1 large pancake

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Pancakes

2 cups flour
3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups 2% milk
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Banana Pancakes

Sift together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add milk, egg, vanilla and melted cooled butter Mix on high speed until incorporated. Let stand for 3-5 minutes fold in mashed banana. Heat a non-stick griddle or pan pour in one laddle full of batter. Once the pancake form bubbles flip wait another minute or so until the bottom is golden brown. Enjoy.....
