Banana pancakes- b/c i use less flour and lots of moisture it takes awhile to cook through, but we love them!

Recipe Ingredients for banana pancakes

2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 serving Applesauce Unsweetened
2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
0.5 cup White Flour, Unbleached
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, Bread, Enriched
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 cup Soymilk Plain
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for banana pancakes

  1. mash bananas

  2. add egg and mix

  3. add milk, flax, cinnamon, applesauce

  4. in separate bowl mix flour and baking powder. add to wet ingredients stirring only until just mixed.

  5. cook through on skillet turning half way.
