Recipe Ingredients for Banana Pancakes

2 bananas, extra-ripe
2 cups Bisquick
3/4 cup 1% milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Banana Pancakes

  1. Smash bananas with a potato masher.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir.

  3. Spoon batter onto griddle or into nonstick pan.

  4. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until edges appear dry.

  5. Flip and cook until the middle of the pancake looks dry.

  6. Keep warm in oven until all pancakes are cooked.

  7. Serve with peanut butter, Nutella, maple or chocolate syrup.
