Recipe Ingredients for banana pancakes

250 ml soya milk
1 egg
6 tbsp plain flour
1 banana
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for banana pancakes

  1. put the soya milk, cinnamon, the egg and the flour into a bowl and mix thoroughly until there are no lumps and you have a medium thickness batter

  2. slice a banana thinly into the mix

  3. cook on a hot non stick suface, personally i angle my george foreman until its levl and pour he mix onto there

  4. make sure there are a couple of banana pieces in each one

  5. turn over when pancake is cooked all the way through and continue until golden brown
