Recipe Ingredients for Banana Pancakes

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cups wholewheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups skim milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 egg
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup banana, mashed

Recipe Directions for Banana Pancakes

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.

  3. Mix together until just moist. Then stir in mashed bananas.

  4. Fry in a non-stick skillet. Use a 1/2 cup measure to portion out dough which should get you 8 pancakes
