1 c all-purpose flour
1 T granulated sugar
2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c milk
2 T extra virgin olive oil
2 small banana

Recipe Directions for Banana Pancakes

  1. Sift dry ingredients together

  2. Mash bananas and add remaining wet ingredients. Beat egg before adding.

  3. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

  4. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Spray/wipe with vegetable oil.
