Wholemeal, wholesome pancakes for breakfast, brunch, or dinner (yes, breakfast for dinner :)

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Pancakes

2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. oat flour
3/4 tsp. salt
6 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. sugar
2 bananas, mashed
2 1/2 c. lowfat yogurt
2 eggs
4 c. strawberries

Recipe Directions for Banana Pancakes

  1. Combine dry ingred. in one (smaller)bowl, wet in the other (last 3 ingred). Save strawberries for topping.

  2. Add dry to wet, stirring just till moist. Cook on 400* griddle, keep warm in oven til all are cooked. Enjoy with warm fresh fruit sauce or whole berries :)
