1 cup Orange Juice, not from concentrate
1 banana, medium
4 tbsp plain yogurt

Recipe Directions for Banana Orange Yogurt Smoothie

  1. Add 1 cup of orange juice in a tall cup.

  2. Slice up one medium sized banana. Add to orange juice.

  3. Add 4 tablespoons of plain yogurt.

  4. Blend together with hand held mixer.

  5. Viola!
