1/2 of a banana
1/2 of a orange
1/2 scoop of protein powder
2 tsp. of flax seed
1/2 cup soy milk or low fat milk
1 ice(as much as needed)

Recipe Directions for banana orange smoothie

Add all ingredients except for ice into a blender and blend untill you have your desired, "thickness," then add ice and blend once again until you have your desired thickness.
