Mashed banana in omelet incredibly good

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Omelet

1/2 banana
1 whole egg
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Omelet

  1. Cut a banana in half and chop or mash it into a small mixing bowl, make sure it's ripe (if it isn't add a little honey for sweetness). Stir in 1 large egg until it is smooth, without lumps.

  2. Pour vegetable oil in frying pan on medium heat. Allow the pan to heat up and sprinkle a pinch of salt on the pan.

  3. Lower the heat and pour the egg mixture onto it. Allow for one side to fully cook (you'll know because of the browning on the bottom and the bubbles) then flip it.

  4. Walah!
