1.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
1 large Egg, White
1 tbsp Honey Squeezable
8 fl oz Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 box Raisins Mini-Snacks
1.5 scoop Whey Protein

Recipe Directions for banana oats cake

  1. mix dry ingredient and add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 of baking powder.

  2. add liquid ingredient (if too dense, add water). bake at 375 F for 30 min.
