Great morning smoothie with frozen bananas and oatmeal. I keep frozen bananas in my freezer all the time for this. You can add cocoa powder to give it a chocolate flavor. You can also substitute peanut butter for the almond butter. No sugar needed because the banana makes it sweet

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

1/4 cup oats
6 oz skim milk
3/4 c bananas
1 T almond butter
2 t cocoa powder

Recipe Directions for Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

In a small blender, put 1/4 cup of raw oats and blend to a powder. Then add frozen bananas, skim milk, Almond butter and cocoa powder. You can adjust the mild or add ice cubes to get your desired consistency
