2 cups Ice
2 7/10 oz (1/3 cup) greek Yogurt fage 0%
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup Cooked oatmeal
1/3 cup Almonds

  1. Pour all ingredients in blender pouring ice in last.

  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smoothie thickens. Makes 2 smoothies
