1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 medium banana
1 teaspoon chocolate chips
4.04 grams walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Oatmeal

Mash banana in a bowl. Stir in a 1/2 cup of oatmeal and 1/2 cup of water. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave another minute. Stir in a packet of Equal, the nuts, and chocolate.
