1.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Powder, Low-sodium
0.25 cup Flaxseed
1 oz Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened
0.67 cup, packed Raisins, Golden Seedless
1 large Egg, Whole
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 cup Butter

Recipe Directions for Banana oatmeal raisin cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Put all wet ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add wet mix to dry mix, stir until "just mixed," and spoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
