Banana Oatmeal Pancakes that are made less fattening by using banana instead of vegetable oil and a mixture of milk and yogurt instead of buttermilk.Makes approximately 10 4" pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

0.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
2 oz Plain Nonfat
2 oz Organic French Vanilla Yogurt
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Add all of the ingredient but keeping 1/2 the banana out. Blend until smooth. When the mixture is well blended, add in sliced banana. Pour mixture by 1/4 cups onto a hot frying pan or griddle.
