1 1/3 cups flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 egg whites
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 1/4 cup bananas
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Banana Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Combine wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls.

  2. Add wet to dry, stir until moist, but still lumpy

  3. pour into muffin tin, bake on 400 for 20 minutes.
