2.5 Cups Old Fashioned Oats 1 single serving cup low fat yogurt 2 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1.5 tsp baking powder 1.5 tsp baking soda 2 bananas

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oatmeal Muffins

2 1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 serving Strawberry Banana Yogurt
2 large Egg, Whole
3/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin pan with non stick cooking spray. Place all ingredients, including bananas in blender or food processor, and blend until oats are smooth. *Important: I add the oats a cup at a time and then add the liquids. I have to stop the blender and stir a few times throughout as well. Pour batter into pan, bake 20 - 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
