170 grams Yogurt
0.5 cup Egg Beaters
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0 cal SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for banana oatmeal muffins

  1. *2 /1/2 cup oats (old fashioned kind, not quick cooking)

  2. *1 single serving cup of plain low fat greek yogurt

  3. *2 eggs

  4. *3/4 cup sweetener of choice, I used the real stuff: sugar! or 2 tbs stevia sweetener

  5. *1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  6. *1/2 tsp baking soda

  7. *2 bananas (I only used one but realized it needed at least one more)
