Banana oatmeal muffins using flax seed meal to replace the oil

Recipe Ingredients for banana oatmeal muffin

1 cup oatmeal, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 cup milk, 3/4 cup flax seed meal, 1 egg, 2 bananas

Recipe Directions for banana oatmeal muffin

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. beat together milk, egg and banana and add to dry mixture just until blended.

  3. Bake at 400 for 20 - 25 min
