Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oatmeal Cookies

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 bananas, mashed
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Banana Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Beat butter and brown sugar. Add bananas, egg, and vanilla and continue beating.

  2. Sift flour, soda, salt and spices together.

  3. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture. Add oats and chocolate chips and mix until well combined.

  4. Bake in 325 degree oven for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

  5. Enjoy!
