Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins

4 bananas
1/4 cup Agave Nectar
6 grams Stevia
3/4 cup egg beaters
2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup wheat bran
1 1/4 cups quick cooking oats
2/3 cup Natural Applesauce
1 1/4 teaspoons table salt
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
3/4 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Mash bananas and mix with sweetener.

  2. Mix dry ingredients together. Add in egg, applesauce mik and banana mixture. Stir until mixed. Stir in chocolate chips.

  3. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until done, about 20-25 minutes. (Place in greased muffin cups).
