Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oatmeal Bread

1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 large bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups heart smart bisquick
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Banana Oatmeal Bread

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients. Add 1 cup (or equivalent) of calorie free sweetener like Splenda or stevia. Pour batter into a loaf pan that's been sprayed down with Pam. Bake 55 to 65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and then pop out of the pan to finish cooling. Serve!
