Great way to recover after a workout. Add 1 cup Splenda or equivalent of other no cal sweetener.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oatmeal bread

1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 large bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups heart smart bisquick
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Banana Oatmeal bread

Spray a loaf pan with Pam and preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients. Don't forget to add a cup or equivalent of no cal sweetener like Splenda or Truvia. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 55-65 minutes until knife slides out clean. Cool at least 5 minutes in pan and then take out to finish cooling.
