A Weight Watchers recipe that is moist and filling. Add seasons such as cinnamon or nutmeg as you wish.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oatmeal Bread

1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. oil
1 egg, beaten
2 egg whites, beaten
3 bananas, ripe, mashed
1 cup uncooked oats

Recipe Directions for Banana Oatmeal Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a large bowl stir together all dry ingredients. Add oil and eggs and mix thoroughly.

  3. In a smaller bowl, mash bananas and then add to the batter, along with the oatmeal.

  4. Spray a loaf pan with PAM. Pour batter into pan and bake 45-55 minutes, until the top of the loaf is firm to the touch.

  5. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
