Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Then add in the sixth and seventh. Whisk together in a seperate bowl the remaining dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture. Mix well. You may add spices, nuts, raisins, or other things as you desire. Bake at 350 for an hour. Baking times may vary so watch it carefully.

1/4 cup splenda
7 tbsp applesauce
2 eggs
4 bananas
2 cups oats
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
