Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oatmeal Bars

275 grams Quaker Oats 100% wholegrain rolled oats
1.5 cup, mashed Bananas
25 grams Walnut Halves

Recipe Directions for Banana Oatmeal Bars

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree celcius.

  2. Stir mashed bananas, walnuts, and water well.

  3. Add the rolled oats and mix everything.

  4. Fold it into a baking tray, spread, and press well with fingers.

  5. Bake for half an hour.

  6. Let it cool for about ten minutes.

  7. Cut into squares, and put it back in the oven for fifteen minutes.

  8. Turn the pieces over and bake for another five minutes.
