Recipe Ingredients for Banana/Oat/Whole Wheat/honey bars

2 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 cup oats, quick cooking
3 tbsp honey
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup skim milk
4 egg whites
2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana/Oat/Whole Wheat/honey bars

  1. In large bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder and cinnamon.

  2. Add bananas, milk, eggs, honey and vanilla; beat until lightly mixed.

  3. Spread batter in a nonstick (or lightly oiled regular) 9x13" pan. Bake in a 350'F. oven until cake is golden brown, just begins to pull from pan sides, and springs back when lightly touched in center, 35-40 minutes.

  4. Serve warm or cool, cut into about 2" squares.
