6 fl oz Rice Dream Vanilla Enriched
0.25 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Banana Oat Shake

whir oats in blender, remove to separate bowl. Blend banana (frozen is best), rice milk, sugar, cinnamon, ans 3 ice cubes until think and smooth.
