Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oat Pancakes

1 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
1 dash Salt, Table
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2.5 tbsp Corn Oil
0.5 cup, dry, yields Oats
1 extra large (9" or longer) Bananas
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Banana Oat Pancakes

  1. Blend dry ingredients. Prepare buttermilk and blend together the wet ingredients. Spoon onto griddle with 1/4 cup.

  2. Transfer to 170 degree oven, finish frying pancakes.
