Hearty Banana Pancakes that are low fat, high fiber

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Oat Pancakes

2 banana
1 cup flour
1/2 cup Quaker Oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons ground flax seed

Recipe Directions for Banana Oat Pancakes

  1. Combine all dry ingredients

  2. Separately combine additional ingredients (except banana). Add to dry mix.

  3. Mash bananas and add to batter.

  4. Poor out one panacake at a time onto Non-Stick cooking surface

  5. Can add diced pecans if desired
